Riccardo Ducoli MRCVS
Riccardo qualified at the University of Milan in October 2013. Then he spent a year in training at a veterinary hospital in Rome before deciding to move to England. After a brief period working in London he joined Ark Veterinary Clinics in April 2015. Riccardo is currently working towards a certificate in small animal medicine. He has a grumpy Sharpei called Saetta. He enjoys spending his free time going out with friends, walking, practicing yoga and reading.
Stephanie Kern MRCVS
Stephanie qualified at the University Giessen in Germany in the summer of 1998. She joined Ark Veterinary Clinics at the end of 2009. She enjoys walking with her husband and dog Rosie in the Peak District, but also enjoys quiet times at home doing all things crafty. She makes her own jewellery and knits.
Agnieszka Komoterska MRCVS
Aga joined Ark Veterinary Clinics in March 2015 after working for practices in Peterborough, Leicester and Derby. She qualified from the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn, Poland in 2002. She recently gained a certificate in small animal medicine with distinction and also has a Master’s degree in endocrinology and clinical biochemistry from the University of Ulster, Northern Ireland. Aga has two rescue cats called Mambo and Pandi. Out of work she enjoys dancing, the gym, travelling, photography and walking.
Ann O’Neill MRCVS
Ann graduated from Dublin in 2007 joined Ark Veterinary Clinics in February 2016, having previously worked since 2010 in another small animal practice in Eastwood. Ann enjoys the diversity of veterinary life and has a special interest in medicine, especially in our older canine and feline patients. She has a tabby cat who she adopted from Nottingham Cats Protection, called Rambo and spoils him rotten. In her spare time, she enjoys swimming, playing the drums and anything musical.
Jennifer Rees BVSc MRCVS
Jenny qualified in 1982 from the University of Liverpool and has worked in general practice ever since as a small animal clinician, with a special interest in small pets such as rabbits and rodents. She joined Ark Veterinary Clinics in January 2017 and works three days a week, mainly at the Chilwell branch surgery. In her spare time, Jenny enjoys being active and tries to stay fit by swimming, cycling and spinning. She also loves spending time with her family and three cats: Molly and Barney – who are kittens – and Murphy who is nearly 18 but still the boss!
